At WellnessTO, we are committed to providing high-quality, personalized wellness services. Due to the nature of our services and the time reserved specifically for each client, the following refund policy applies.
All wellness services are non-refundable once delivered.
If you are dissatisfied with your experience, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can address your concerns and work toward a reasonable resolution where appropriate.
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Late arrivals may result in shortened session times, and full fees will still apply.
In exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical issues), WellnessTO may offer account credits at its discretion. Documentation may be required.
Retail products may be exchanged or refunded within 7 days of purchase, provided:
